the following are my desires:

1. a new wallet
2. prints hoodie(in dark grey)
3. st. ives products (aloe and chamomile lotion and vitamin e lotion)
4. the body shop white musk eau de toilette 60ml and body lotion 400ml
5. home fragrance and a burner from body shop
6. kawaii tokyo's overnight repair

i very much want to get these stuffs but due to my overspending in the past few months, I have to curb my spending and scrimp and save now. hope someone nice will get them for me..=)

went to catch forbidden kingdom at amk hub with Yin Fong just now. Shannon was supposed to come along but was feeling unwell at the last moment. Anyway, Yin Fong feels that she should pamper herself abit after so much part-time working.

and so before the movie, we had time in between so went to nebo hub to chill a little.. i had waffle(stuffed with apple bits) while Yin Fong bought her nacho chips and we smuggled our titbits into the cinema- i bought my titbits and drinks from fairprice xtra before that... and waited till the movie starts, meanwhile, we camwhored!

Random post about life in RP:
After 3 weeks in RP, I feel that somehow Semester 1.1's module doesn't relate to what I'm studying except basic sciences. These are the modules I'm taking - Basic Sciences, Computing and Mathematical Methods, Enterprise Skills, Contemporary Issues in Culture and Aesthetics and Cognitive Processes. Sometimes the problem statement given to us are interesting but sometimes it's kinda dead(as in we cant really present well as we don't really know how to present) but we've tried our best. The facilitators are fine and some quite understanding also. The food in RP... sucks la! Theres no fast food outlets and there is only 2 food courts and they are always packed, no wonder my classmates will rather stay in than go for their lunch break, as there are always long queues. And... how do I go to RP everyday? As most of you guys know, I stay in Serangoon, so... I take the train to cut cost. I used to take the bus and train but now I take the train as my ite card is going to expire soon so I will need to buy the train concession soon. I do hope that I can do better in my modules.. I dont want Bs everytime, I want As!

went for dental appointment in the noon and dentist told me that if everything's ok by next month, I'll be able to remove the braces after 2 months! Yipee! Thereafter, lunched with sis at Ice Monster at Plaza Sing( we had Fresh Mango with Strawberry Sherbet ) and she also went to get her laptop bag for $19.90, and i'm glad it fits as her screen is rather big compared to other laptops. Sis went back and I went to city hall to meet Darren and walked around a little, but both wanted to catch a movie but GV at Marina had such a long queue; so decided to head to Cineleisure for Definitely Maybe.

After the show, we wanted to go to the washroom, but Cineleisure had a long queue, so i suggested going to Heeren. On our way there, we saw a roadshow by Singtel for student plans. I keep wanting to change my M1 plan as the offer really suck - 300 sms and 100 mins free only and without free incoming calls. I really needed more smses and Singtel had a better offer - 1000 sms and 200 mins outgoing( only for the 1st year, 2nd yr onwards, 100 mins outgoing ). I was deciding whether to change my plan or not, but you have to purchase a cellphone in order to sign a plan, my dream phone was there, and it cost $58 with 2 year plan sign up but you have to trade in your old phone for $100, and so I did, I traded my W810i for $90 as they said theres some defects with the buttons, and so I paid $68 plus $10( for 2 screenguards ) - total $78. wanted to get the havana bronze one but they are only left with black. So, black it is. =)



and my day was enjoyable. =)

my week (in Republic)

I can say im doing fine in RP, just a little tired and not quite used to their way of system there. 3 hrs of break everyday, its really more than enough. We of course have to complete our presentation by the 2nd breakout. Anyway, glad Yin Fong is studying with me, though different class but at least we can lunch together. As you all know, RP is based on PBL(Problem Based Learning), so everytime you enter the class, the facilitator will upload the questions and he/she will just ask you to do and if theres any queries, can ask them on the spot. The thing i like about RP is their flexibility, through problem based learning, we can actually voice our opinions in the group and come out as a solution as a team. I mean team-cooperation. And I tell you, this is really good. Most of the time presentation yes, but the important thing is we really understand. It's based on freedom and speech. We can all voice out during our discussion and though sometimes mates may not totally agree, but in the end, problems are still solved. Im glad im posted to RP as this is really my desired course. Still adapting to their system and environment.

went for enrolment at RP yesterday. and oh my, it was long. Yin Fong bought her HP laptop while i didnt get any as i already have a compaq laptop and they are selling the same model there at 1.3k. went to meet Shannon after that and we went to city hall.

have been working for kawaii tokyo since the 1st day of my holidays. have been alright and have already earn 100+ of commission for the last 2 weeks. (19,20,21,22,23,24,26,27,28,29,30)th have been working at various places. anyway, i could hardly breathe. went to NP on the 25th march and it was a ulu place la.
