16th Sept
Met with Shannon at Far East and some catching up to do with her. Girls love shopping dont they? She got herself 2 leggings and 2 geeky specs for her niece and nephew while I've gotten myself two caps. Which is nicer? the black or cream?






Lunch was at somerset 313 having tako balls and honeydew snowshake from each a cup.

19th Sept
Went to Shannon's church. It's my second visit this time round.
After the service, went to get eskimo's milk tea for me and sis. I love their mini pearls! =)
chewy, chewy, chewy!


24th Sept
AMK hub with Shannon, main priority is to get KOI bubble tea..
Shannon got herself a pair of shoes at rubi, I wanted to get the brown wedges from there but in the end I didnt.
Went to get KOI's milk tea for sis and myself. $5.80 for Caramel and Hazelnut milktea, $2.90 each. Kinda pricey?



25th Sept
Suki Sushi with the lovelies~

I enjoyed the food, but when I got home, I puked the sashimi out.. Maybe never put enough wasabi. I still feel Ichiban is better.. =) but suki sushi is good enough for me..

gonna meet Yin Fong and Shannon tomorrow for step up 3! =)

all work and no play makes me a dull girl.

Have been revising for UT3 since 3 weeks back, the week after I came back from Genting. I didnt blog about Genting this time because I had a bad experience there, and sis too.. because we puked several times there..

After I alighted from the coach, I puked probably because I'm too hungry. I took the 545am bus at AMK(Jubilee) and sat all the way to YongPing, some place at Malaysia to rest and grab a bite.. Only had waffle that time and didn't bother to eat much as I had bread before eating the waffle. The reason why I puked was because I was too giddy going up the hill of Genting. As we all know, the vehicle have to move in circles.

back to my revision period. The only time that I get to really enjoy the day was the time when my class went for the Singapore Flyer trip. The rest of my holidays were burned doing revision for UT3 as well as FYP. The data collection process is really tedious and I hope that it will end soon.

I still have around 1 month of holiday to go and I would want to make full use of it. Meeting friends and catching up with them will be one of the things that I'm going to do. Shopping with Shannon on thursday, like finally both of us had time for each other to shop again! Hope she gets well from her illness soon.

I'm planning on how to not make myself a dull girl or mere girl. I wanna be in-between.

I've tried my best for UT3 and I hope my efforts are paid off! As you sow, you will reap. =)

Singapore Flyer Outing!~

18 August

The class had a gathering to go to Singapore Flyer and Marina Barrage.
but due to weather conditions and time constraints, we could only visit Singapore Flyer.

We kept on " snap, snap, snap !"


















we had like 10 shots continuously..



guess everyone had fun =)

the view from the capsule itself was breathtaking.
we could even see the YOG flame.

hope to have more of this kind of outings in the future! =)

chocolate moulding workshop!~

its supposed to be chocolate making workshop..
but to me.. it's more like chocolate moulding workshop..

instead of making the real chocolate with its raw ingredients..

we were taught to remould the chocolate and mould it into the desired shape again..

apparently we have to melt the chocolate at 45 degree celsius, and for the first time, we went above 45 degrees celcius and had to cool down till 27 degrees celsius and then reheat to 45 degrees again..

reheated the chocolate to 45 degrees already, and have cooled the chocolate till 27 degrees celsius and now its ready to be re-moulded.

tata.. after refrigeration at 4degrees, it was after around 15 minutes..

I can't stand that I'm sick =(

I cant stand the weather nowadays.
sometimes sunny, sometimes rainy.
making people sick because of the weather changes.
had sore throat yesterday and now my throat is fine.
and now the running nose came running over me.
I have to get well for my genting trip next saturday.
I'm praying for healing.

FYP assessment ended yesterday, 24th July.
I changed into slippers because feet were suffering from blisters after the wedge I wore from Shannon..

worth it! their ingredients were so enough to make me feel bloated.


Rojak, $4.
quite okay, nothing to rave about.
my family still agreed that Whampoa's rojak tastes better.

And thereafter,
my sis wanted to have Onan Road's curry puffs.
It was in the past when grandmother was still around and we often visited her private apartment at Joo Chiat and there was a time when mum cycled to Onan Road to get the curry puffs for us that have her craving for it once more..

I met Shannon today to go to church, it's my first time attending New Creation Church and I'm so glad that I've attended this service today, the word that Pastor Prince preached really gave me a direction to look forward to, a light that is leading me to the right path and it's through the word of God that really impacted my life.

I really pray for Shannon's healing and I know that she shall be made whole.
I know that nothing's impossible with God and my Lord will do so.
Went through the same phase and experience God's blessing in making me whole.
Shannon, God will walk with you through this journey no matter what.
it takes the faith to believe that the wholeness in the heart will be completely cared for and healed.
Amen.

jiayou jiayou zai jiayous!~

I screwed up my UT1 grades.. especially drug discovery and development. Its a totally new module to me and was only introduced to me recently. I probably need to work on the important points. Gonna stay back on friday to do revision with Wei How since he did quite well for the first UT. I'm gonna work smart for the 2nd UT.
