its supposed to be chocolate making workshop..
but to me.. it's more like chocolate moulding workshop..
instead of making the real chocolate with its raw ingredients..
we were taught to remould the chocolate and mould it into the desired shape again..

cutting the chocolate into small pieces so its easier to melt..
apparently we have to melt the chocolate at 45 degree celsius, and for the first time, we went above 45 degrees celcius and had to cool down till 27 degrees celsius and then reheat to 45 degrees again..
picture shows the cooling process ..
reheated the chocolate to 45 degrees already, and have cooled the chocolate till 27 degrees celsius and now its ready to be re-moulded.

tata.. after refrigeration at 4degrees, it was after around 15 minutes..
